Short version: we collect what we need to handle your booking and to know which of our ads work. We don’t sell your data.
Who we are

What you send us
When you book we receive your name, email, phone number, country, travel dates, number of guests, the extras you chose and your message. We use it to confirm and prepare your stay and to meet legal obligations (Indonesian guest registration). Payments are processed by Stripe: we never see or store your card details. We keep it for as long as needed for your stay and our accounting obligations, then delete it.
We also record how you found us (for example the ad campaign or the website that sent you) so we know which channels bring guests.
Our own visit statistics
To improve the site and see which ads bring guests, we record anonymous browsing events on our own servers: pages viewed, buttons used, the campaign or website that sent you, your country and type of device. We don’t store IP addresses. A random visitor number is kept in your browser only if you accept analytics cookies; otherwise each visit is counted separately. These statistics are kept for 25 months and are never sold or shared.

Visitors in the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland are asked before any analytics or advertising tool runs. You can change your choice at any time: .
When you book and have accepted advertising cookies, we may share a hashed (unreadable) version of your email and phone number with Meta and Google so they can tell us whether an ad led to your booking. They can’t read these details.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to villas@jcmubud.com. If you are in the EU, you can also contact your local data protection authority.
